This study examined intimate partner violence (IPV) among adolescents and young adults (AYA) in Nairobi, Kenya, finding a prevalence of 22.3%. Risk factors for IPV included exposure to family violence, bullying, alcohol and drug use, and seeking reproductive health services, while refusing sex without a condom was a protective factor. The findings highlight the need to integrate IPV prevention into health services and address the various risk factors affecting AYA.
