Nutritional status of cancer outpatients using scored patient generated subjective global assessment in two cancer treatment centers, Nairobi, Kenya

This paper examined the nutritional status of cancer outpatients in Kenya. Significant rates of malnutrition were observed, particularly among men and those with advanced-stage cancers. The findings highlight the effectiveness of the PGSGA tool in identifying malnutrition and guiding targeted nutritional care.
